The Welcome Back Water Bottles started as a
vision of one fan, Sarork (Stephanie from TX). She
wanted to think of a gift that would show the cast and crew how much
the show had helped her through her husband's military deployment
and how it had touched her soul.
She envisioned something to be sent to
each and every cast and crew member. After presenting her idea
on the CBS boards, she decided upon water bottles with a
personalized fan message on each.
She partnered with graphic designer, Eddie
Williams, to create a label with the message welcoming back the cast
and crew. She wanted to be sure to include everyone since all
members of the cast and crew are equally important to this amazing
show.
Donations were solicited to cover the costs.
Extra funds raised will be donated to the Jerichon, Jericho
Convention.
After scouting about for customized bottling
companies,
www.bottleyourbrand.com was chosen.
Sarork then solicited personalized messages
from fans-- 216 in total. She typed, laminated, cut out, then
attached strings to each so the water company could attach one to
each bottle.
The finished product was shipped to the
Jericho production team to be distributed on Monday, July 23.
From beginning to end the project took 1 1/2 weeks. Stephanie
spent many many hours completing the project to make it in time for
the first day of shooting.

7/23- Shaun O'Mac was
on the Jericho set today and it was reported that he saw the water
bottles and did an interview about them.
7/23- According to a
source on the set, cast and crew members were sharing their fan
messages with each other.

Got your "Jericho Ranger" water! What a
great Idea and what a neat keepsake for the cast and crew of
"Jericho".
Thank You so very much, let's make sure we're
getting the fan base charged up, the re-run numbers weren't so
hot, but it's usually like that until the word gets back out
that we're on the air and when the new episodes get out.
We're shooting now (today's our first day
back) and I know you are going to love this first episode, it's
better than I could have imagined. Get everyone charged up
because I want to be back for a third season, and if these first
7 episodes do well (viewing by our execs.) then hopefully
they'll keep us going with another 6 episodes to finish the 2nd
season!!!

lovely gesture such as this. It's very encouraging and everyone
I know and saw there today that I've worked with before really
